With this transformation, Digiserve is increasingly confident that it can provide the best service to strengthen customer business , in order to continue to grow and achieve maximum results.
Ahmad Hartono, President Director of Digiserve explained that after completing its business transformation, Digiserve is now ready to accelerate growth, by bringing the best products and services to its customers. The strong support from Telkom Group makes the company more confident in responding to the challenges of the trend market and ICT Managed Solutions business in Indonesia.
“As the new board of directors of the company, I believe that Digiserve will grow into a big company. The key lies in synergy and collaboration. On the other hand, we will also consistently carry out the business plan that has been prepared, and maintain the company culture and its well-established reputation,” said Hartono during Digiserve Media Gathering event which was held virtually in Jakarta on February 16th 2022.
In addition to the new management, the company’s transformation process was also marked by the inauguration of the new brand and logo, Digiserve. The logo with the letter “d” symbol describes the business that will be the focus of the company. Digiserve consists of two words that symbolize the company’s commitment.

On the same occasion, Agus F. Abdillah, Director of Sales and Operations at Digiserve explained that based on IDC Black Book data, 2021, ICT spending for companies in Indonesia is estimated to reach IDR 119 trillion in 2022, growing 7.6% compared to 2021. In the next 5 (five) years, the market will grow by 9.2% (CAGR 2020-2025), driven by Services and Software in line with digital transformation in organizations.
