Jakarta – Mohammad Salsabil, EVP of Telkom’s Private Service Division, visited the Digiserve office on Monday (14/4). The visit was warmly received by Buddy Restiady, President Director (acting) of Digiserve, who was accompanied by Dian Ruslaini, Vice President of Project & Delivery Management.
The primary focus of the visit was to discuss the progress of the MNS SDWAN Indomaret project—a strategic initiative that plays a significant role in driving revenue for Telkom’s Private Services Division.

The Digiserve team provided an update on the implementation status of the MNS SDWAN project across the Indomaret store network. Currently, the finalization of the handover documentation (BAST) for 1,422 locations is ongoing and remains a top priority. To help accelerate the process, Sabil offered additional support from the PCS Segment to assist Digiserve’s Project Delivery Management (PDM) team, especially in organizing and streamlining the implementation evidence and documentation needed for BAST completion.
The discussion also explored opportunities for further collaboration between Telkom and the Indomaret Group. This opportunity includes the potential expansion of SDWAN implementation, not only across Indomaret stores but also in other business units such as Indogrosir and Point Coffee. Buddy Restiady responded positively to the potential expansion, expressing his team’s readiness to engage in further discussions with the PCS Segment to explore and realize these strategic opportunities.
After the discussion, Sabil visited Digiserve’s Command and Control (CoC) room, where he was given a comprehensive overview of Digiserve’s operational model for managing enterprise customer services, particularly SDWAN clients. The presentation, delivered by Wahyudi Jatmiko (VP of Service & Operation Management) and Jeperson Butar-Butar (SM of Operation Center), highlighted the SDWAN Monitoring Portal integrated with ITSM, including ticketing systems, change request mechanisms, and service reporting processes. The operational framework demonstrated Digiserve’s capability in delivering reliable and efficient services to its customers. At the end of his visit, Sabil expressed his appreciation for Digiserve’s professionalism and performance in managing its operations. He also emphasized his commitment to promote and strengthen Digiserve’s position within the Telkom Group ecosystem. The collaboration between Digiserve, the Private Services Division, and the PCS Segment is expected to strengthen internal synergy, achieve business targets, and meet enterprise customer needs effectively.
