Irwan Andriyanto Nugroho, commonly known as Irwan, joined Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia as President Director in July 2026. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University, a Master's degree in Financial Management from Trisakti University, and a Master's degree in Strategic and Intelligence Studies from the University of Indonesia. Throughout his career, he has also participated in various executive leadership development programs, including those conducted at INSEAD, France. With more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Irwan has developed extensive expertise in business strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), sales, marketing, risk management, human capital, and performance management. Over the course of his career, he has held several strategic leadership positions, including Vice President of Enterprise Business Strategy at PT Telkom Indonesia, President Commissioner of PT Bosnet Distribution Indonesia, and most recently, President Commissioner of Digiserve from January 2024 to June 2026. He has received numerous international awards, particularly in the field of innovation, including recognition from the International Business Awards and The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. He was also honored with the Best Culture Agent Award from Telkom Indonesia for his contributions to organizational culture and transformation.
