The Company is committed to monitoring Gender Diversity and Inclusion trends annually, with the aim of achieving positive progress across three key areas: the overall percentage of women in the Company, women’s representation in technology roles, and women’s presence in leadership positions. In 2025, the percentage of women in the Company reached 30%, exceeding the minimum target.

Digiserve’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of the Company’s culture and operations.
