JAKARTA, 9 February 2023 – More than one year after completing its business transformation, PT Digital Applikasi Solusi or better known as Digiserve by Telkom Indonesia has recorded rapid business development. During 2022 Digiserve recorded growth from the business, service and operational aspects.
Ahmad Hartono, President Director of Digiserve explained that after the company’s transformation, Digiserve has succeeded in accelerating growth through product innovation and the best service for its customers. Strong support from the Telkom Group makes the company confident in meeting the market and business needs of ICT Managed Solutions in Indonesia.
“As company leaders, we express our appreciation to all employees who have worked hard and smart all this year to meet the company’s targets, also to parents, in this case Tekom Metra, the entire Telkom Group family and stake holders. All members of the Digiserve team are committed to continuing to synergize and collaborate to make it easier for the company to achieve its targets,” explained Hartono at the Digiserve Media Gathering event with the theme “Digiserve Technology Outlook 2023” which was held virtually in Jakarta today.
In 2022, the company has also completed the management of the company by filling in the formation of the Board of Directors, by appointing Bungaran Adil P. Siagian as Director of Sales & Operations and Buddy Restiady as Director of Finance & Risk Management. The existence of this new management also encourages the company to grow more quickly to meet business targets.
Currently Digiserve is supported by qualified talents and has more than 200 international standard certificates. In addition, Digiserve serves more than 200 customers.
Digiserve has also achieved ISO 20000 for service management and ISO 27001 for information security management. This indicates that Digiserve’s quality management system and information security have been recognized and accepted internationally in accordance with established standards. At the same time as a guarantee to be able to provide the best and most satisfying service to customers.
Hartono said that the company focuses on 2 (two) main portfolio products, namely the first Managed Network & Security Services which consist of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) services, Network Security and Value. Added Services (VAS).
Meanwhile, the second main portfolio is Managed Digital Productivity which consists of Integrated Management Platform services, Unified Communication & Collaboration, and Professional Services.
Hartono explained a number of the company’s important achievements in 2022. The first achievement is revenue and Earning Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) 18,4 percent and 28,2 percent on an annual basis. Meanwhile Net Income increased dramatically by 128 percent which is the pure result of business achievements. Official company performance data will be released after the audit process is complete.
The second achievement was the success in making the MNS portfolio the largest contributor to Total Contract Value (TCV) in 2022 with a revenue contribution of 62,16 percent.
The third achievement was launching a blue ocean product, namely the Service Management Platform (SMP), then the company managed to maintain a Service Level Agreement score at a high level which reached 99,90 percent and managed to exceed the standard of 99,80 percent.
The next achievement is based on the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Survey (CSLS), where the level of customer satisfaction with products and services using the Net Promoter Score (NPS), Digiserve recorded an excellent score of 80,8 percent. This figure exceeds the target of 58 percent and is also above the industry average of 42 percent.
In 2022, Digiserve also received a number of external awards, including The Most Committed Leaders for implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance from the TOP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Awards, appreciation for Women’s Empowerment Programs (WEPs) Award and appreciation of the Miracle Enterprise Award by winning Gold and Silver Medals for 2022 business innovation.
On the same occasion, Bungaran Adil P. Siagian, Director of Sales & Operations at Digiserve explained the projected trend of ICT Managed Services in 2023. According to him , the enterprise segment is becoming more open with collaboration and partnerships, supporting digital transformation processes, so that ICT spending on IT services continues to increase, including the need for Managed Service solutions.
“In the area of solution managed services, the 3 (three) services that are predicted to grow optimally are Professional Services which have the highest Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 28,8 percent followed by Managed Cloud Services with a CAGR of 25,8 percent then Managed Security Network with a CAGR of 18,8 percent,” explained Adil.
In 2023 it is projected that the managed service market in aggregate will be at Rp. 37.8 trillion with an aggregate CAGR of 18,9 percent. Therefore, the MNS business is projected to remain the largest revenue contributor for the company for the next few years.
“However, the growth of other business lines is also targeted to increase along with the development of products that can become new growth engines for the company, just like the Service ManagementPlatform (SMP) which was just launched in 2022 yesterday,” said Adil.
He added that Digiserve’s main program in 2023 is the SPRINT strategy which includes 6 (six) main programs namely Strengthening Business Sustainability, Pursuing to New Market, Robust the Fundamental of Business, Innovation in Motion, Nurturing Business Growth, and Trusted Partner in Managed Service.
