Sales Team

  • Identify opportunities in assigned accounts and close transactions in named accounts in alignment with Sales Team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all level decision makers and influencers in customer organization for transactions
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities based on Specialization
  • Demonstrate product depth to customer and show how it explicitly addresses pain points and business drivers for project/opportunities
  • Directly or indirectly orchestrate internal and external (channel partners) resources to service accounts
  • Negotiate pricing/terms for the transactional business in the named account
  • Ensure post-sales deployment support as needed and drive post-sales deployment activities
  • Work with the account team for Identify expansion opportunities
  • Create offers to the customer
  • Generate leads and develops opportunities and may close smaller transactions in named accounts
  • Maintain the customer relationship
  • Leverage internal resources to move smaller opportunity towards closing and assist with negotiation
  • Track & monitor the sales progress throughout every stage of the process
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and ability to link them to solve customer’s business problem
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or similar role
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with a customer-first approach
  • Experienced in using value-added sales techniques to propose additional products and services
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in phone-based interactions
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations
