- Organize and manage board meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and adherence to corporate bylaws.
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with corporate objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Develop engaging content for internal and external audiences, including Social Media management, corporate website, press releases, newsletters, executive messaging, and others related to corporate communication.
- Draft and disseminate official corporate communications, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Create and distribute of internal communications, ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged.
- Develop the company’s annual report, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase financial performance, strategic achievements, and corporate milestones.
- Plan and execute corporate events, including Townhalls, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), and stakeholder forums.
- Manage event logistics, agenda development, and the creation of supporting communication materials.
- Conduct CSR programs, aligning initiatives with corporate values and community impact objectives
- The candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in English both verbal & written communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome, or the candidate should have a maximum of 1 year of working experience.
- Good logic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and manage events, including board meetings and corporate events.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans and creating engaging content for various platforms
