- Identify and close business opportunities in assigned accounts, working closely with the Sales Team
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within customer organizations
- Understand customer requirements and propose Microsoft solutions tailored to address specific business challenges
- Lead product demonstrations, showcasing how Microsoft solutions meet customer pain points
- Coordinate internal and external resources to provide customer support and drive successful deployment
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
- Ensure continuous post-sales support while identifying potential for further account expansion
- Present customized offers and solutions to customers, supporting the sales process
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related field
- Proven ability to use value-added selling techniques to propose Microsoft solutions
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Microsoft product sales and customer relationship management
- Placement in Makassar
