Account Representatives

  • Identify and close business opportunities in assigned accounts, working closely with the Sales Team
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within customer organizations
  • Understand customer requirements and propose Microsoft solutions tailored to address specific business challenges
  • Lead product demonstrations, showcasing how Microsoft solutions meet customer pain points
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to provide customer support and drive successful deployment
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals
  • Ensure continuous post-sales support while identifying potential for further account expansion
  • Present customized offers and solutions to customers, supporting the sales process
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related field
  • Proven ability to use value-added selling techniques to propose Microsoft solutions
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft product sales and customer relationship management
  • Placement in Makassar
