- Qualifications
- Conduct operational and maintenance tasks for networking and telecommunications systems
- Engage with the manufacturer’s TAC (Technical Assistance Center) or utilize manufacturer knowledge bases to resolve issues
- Manage inventory of spare-parts and the procurement process paperwork to obtain sufficient level of stock as per company’s request
- Maintain and audit inventory databases and system documentation
- Collaborate with company’s team and external vendors for technical support and project execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in oil and gas industry environments
- Valid CCNA, CCNP (Routing & Switching), or Alcatel-Lucent NRS Level 2 certification
- Alcatel-Lucent Certified Field Expert (ACFE) training & certification obtained within the last 5 years
- Experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting TCP/IP-based networks on a scale comparable to company’s infrastructure
- Proficiency in reading and creating engineering technical drawings
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work on a roster basis in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
